Risk Based Managed Care (RBMC) Pharmacy Information The following information is being provided to assist pharmacies with questions related to the MCO process. Table 1 provides a listing of the pharmacy directors for each Hoosier Healthwise MCO. Pharmacies participating in the Hoosier Healthwise program should refer to Table 1 for assistance. Table 2 contains links to the Preferred Drug List (PDL) Formulary information located on the Managed Care Organizations' Web sites.
