Code Set Information With the implementation of he HIPAA 837I transaction, the IHCP recognizes all Type of Bill (TOB) codes effective October 16, 2003.  All codes are referenced in IndianaAIM; however, not all codes are covered by the IHCP.  The TOB Table lists TOB codes, descriptions and information related to IHCP claims processing.
