Providers have many options to submit claims and get detailed claim status information. We encourage you to use the solutions that best fit the needs of your practice.
Web interChange
allows providers to verify member eligibility through the Internet. Eligibility information is available for up to 3 years and contains basic eligibility information and enhanced TPL information.
Our Automated Voice Response
System (AVR) allows providers to verify member eligibility using a phone. Read the Automated Voice Response section of
Chapter 3 of the IHCP Provider Manual to learn more.
